We are looking to recruit a commercially minded, result driven Digital Account Manager.
EAOM is a growing Preston based Digital Marketing agency, and is part of the Exact Abacus Group, a 28 year old back office eCommerce specialist
Working as an integral part of our established digital team, you will be responsible for the account management of your own portfolio of clients and accountable for ensuring that ROI objectives and client retention targets are met.
Specifically you will be expected to:-
- Present digital solutions to clients
- Pro actively manage the strategic direction of clients' digital campaigns
- Liaise with clients on a day to day basis for smaller non-project work
- Manage projects from start to finish (speccing to delivery)
- Where possible, look to up sell clients to our online marketing offering (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email)
- Providing a first class account management service.
- Analyse account performance and make accompanying recommendations for improvement and then implement these.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in all relevant areas of digital marketing including social.
You will have a good understanding of all things digital, specifically including, design, HTML, web functionality, SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, strategy and project management.
We are looking for a strategic thinker, preferably with digital marketing agency experience, with an creative eye, a good understanding of conversion optimisation, an analytical mindset, and you will enjoy working with and presenting to clients.
Our client base covers the whole of the UK, and as part of the role you will be expected to visit clients on a reasonably frequent basis as part of the project development and relationship building process.
