These reports are designed to allow you to monitor efficiencies and assess where there are gaps within the business or within the transaction process.
Within the Procedural Reports sit the Ad Hoc Transactional Report, Back Order Report, Picker/Packer Performance Report and the Dispatch Performance Report. Essentially these reports collectively allow you to monitor the sales order process from start to finish.
The 3ex.net Transaction Reporting performs reports based on the transactional information contained within the 3ex.net standard system using a series of Transaction Reporting Rules. The use of Transaction Reporting Templates allows the criteria for a report to be entered very quickly, thus saving time for the end user.
The 3ex.net Backorder Report is designed to help you easily identify the items which are out of stock but for which you have one or more sales order. This piece of functionality is also linked to the Ad Hoc Transactional Reporting function.
Picking and Packing information is captured within the 3ex.net dispatch system. The Picker/Packer Performance report allows supervisors to monitor daily picker and packer performance.
The information for the 3ex.net standard Dispatch Performance Report is captured via the Dispatch Confirmation system when a user confirms that an order has been completed and dispatched. The Dispatch Performance report will enable your company's management team to monitor progress in achieving or maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs).
