Blackpool based television specialist Reliant TV has recently launched two new eCommerce websites which have been designed and built by Exact Abacus's digital arm EAOM.
Reliant TV had worked with Exact Abacus, previously to launch the BeyondTelevision.co.uk website in July 2011. This site had been built on the proprietary 3ex.net system which allowed Reliant to consolidate all in store, mail order and web orders through one system, thus helping to improve efficiency and allowing the company to explore new ventures.
Two of those ventures have recently launched, via EAOM. The two websites have been delivered so that they use the same back office system as the Reliant TV website, allowing for simple product management and a simple flow of all orders through the single system.
The new websites for Tidy Price and Reliant Direct, launched in November 2011, both follow similar structure and functionality, including a neat comparison tool, which allows users to compare common elements of up to five products at a time, and multi faceted navigation (allowing users to filter their searches on the page to locate the specific product range they are after).

The design elements maintain a constant style throughout all variations to keep some synergy between all of the websites, despite the differences in body, and product, content”.
