Online retailer, Hiccup has commissioned Exact Abacus to provide them with a new eCommerce website and a comprehensive back office system.
Hiccup, who currently trade the majority of their stock on Ebay, Amazon and Play.com, sell a variation of merchandise, including gifts, bags, school items, clothing and much more.
The Exact Abacus 3ex.net back office software will afford Hiccup the ability to control their sales process more accurately, speed up their purchase method and manage their stock availability all within one system. Exact will be providing Hiccup with Stock Control Software, Order Management, supply chain management and in the future will incorporate a mobile stock control system to further increase accuracy for pick, pack and dispatch from their fulfilment head offices in Blackburn.
In addition to the 3ex.net back office software, Exact Abacus’ digital arm, EAOM will be managing all of Hiccups web design from their head offices in Preston.
