Over the years our back office software has evolved to meet our client’s requirements and to move with industry trends. Having originally developed the back office software for mail order clients, the evolution of eCommerce allowed us to migrate to a fully integrated solution that can power multiple businesses from the same platform.
Our client base for the Back Office product has allowed us to supply a vast range of clients, ranging from companies who are taking their first steps into a full back office solution, through to companies who are processing in excess of 50,000 orders a day.
What we have learnt though is that every client has a very different set of requirements. Some clients want to take the full back office system in order for them to manage their order processing, customer relationship management, financials, campaign planning, warehouse management, fulfilment and customer services all from the same platform. Others may have lesser requirements and just need one module of the system to work in tandem with their pre-established back office system.
