Exact Abacus’ involvement with Candypulse came following successful partnerships with Lost Ferret.
Having designed the website for Candypulse, Lost Ferret recommended Exact Abacus for the technical back office software, customer service and order fulfilment services.
Like many small businesses the problem was not lack of sales, but the mounting costs of manual labour, inaccurate stock purchasing and adhoc back office processes. The enterprise level 3ex.net software by Exact Abacus helped to guide Candypulse towards a more efficient and streamlined operation.
With the Back Office eCommerce software sorted, Exact Abacus were also able to offer contact centre and fulfilment services via the core 3ex.net software platform. Subsequently, stock is now purchased on the 3ex.net system and booked into, and dispatched, from Exact Abacus’ warehouse facility in Chorley with no break in the process.
Orders are now flowing through at a fair old pace!
