Setting up your own dedicated call centre can be a costly experience, especially if you don’t have a massive volume of calls coming through the system all of the time.
The Exact Abacus Call centre service was set up to help clients in their service offering, allowing them to outsource the contact centre operations at a low cost, where you only pay for the time and resource that you use.
A number of clients use the Call Centre services offered by Exact Abacus as an overspill and as their out of hours service, again to reduce their own overheads. The Call Centre is open from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week and is based within our offices in Chorley.
Along with call handling services, our Call Centre team are also adept to managing data entry and order processing for our clients, be it via responses from adverts in magazines and newspapers, or data and orders collected via the telephone systems.
