As well as the core Call Centre services, Mr Fothergill’s also run the Exact Abacus 3ex.net back office system as a tool for other websites in their portfolio. The key component to the system for Mr Fothergill’s sub sites are the warehouse management software and order processing functions, both of which are used to process orders from the website to the consumer.
