Hull based, Nichola Edwards (NE) Services Limited, is one of the UK's largest and longest established suppliers of adult products. The company prides itself on providing a discreet and reliable service to more than 1,000,000 customers: whether by mail, phone or the internet.
NE services approached Exact Abacus in 2010 wanting to develop a new range of websites of which all would be supported from one back office solution. The 3ex.net solution by Exact Abacus offered exactly that.
The project consisted of five websites being designed and developed on the 3ex.net platform, utilising the white label eCommerce software that is included in the platform. With the web design taken care of by Exact Abacus via the white label eCommerce software, and with the content management system (CMS) built into 3ex.net, the next stage was to install the back office software to ensure that all five websites were fully operational and that products would be able to populate all five websites from the same platform.
The 3ex.net back office system allows for all five websites to be managed from the same platform, meaning that product updates/entry was a simple/user friendly experience. The back office system also allows NE Services to control all orders (via multiple channels), stock levels, customer enquiries, warehouse management and fulfilment. The 3ex.net solution by Exact Abacus will help the efficiency and growth of NE services, by combining all of the channels to market into one complete, easy-to-use, piece of software.
