Exact Abacus has been working with Derby House since 2010, having been commissioned to create a brand new eCommerce website for the company, to include web design and web development.
Within the web development, Derby House required a comprehensive back office suite that can manage their stock control, order processing and customer relationship management as well as an integrated warehouse management system to ensure that the online business is running to the maximum efficiency. To further add to the efficiency and complexity of the project, Derby House also required the 3ex.net software to control their EPOS and Mail Order systems.
The website was launched in August 2010 and was soon matching and surpassing expectations.
