• Supplier Relationship Management - schedule and keep track of contact with suppliers and maintain accurate and up-to-date purchase information.
• Supplier Agreements - create and manage rolling and fixed-length supplier agreements, detailing terms and pricing.
• Purchase Ledger integration - all supplier accounting can be managed within the integrated financials module.
• Stock Influencers - define stock control information related to supplier e.g. lead time, batch quantities and min/max purchase levels.
• Reporting - detailed reports on supplier performance, costs and sales available at the click of a mouse
• Alerts - scheduled and automated alerts can be setup to notify purchasers and stock controllers of exceptions and omissions e.g. overdue delivery of goods.
