Established in 2006 JP 4Mance, are UK importers of Japanese and European replacement and performance car tuning parts. As one of the UKs fastest growing online specialists in the market, JP 4Mance have experienced continued sales progression.

Recognising that they needed support to continue to meet customer demands, JP 4Mance approached Exact Abacus knowing we could help and support their eCommerce business with our in-house integrated and tailored fulfilment and customer care services.

With the acquisition of new clients daily we are proud to support and help JP 4Mance to expand their presence with our fulfilment service performed at our headquarters here in Chorley. Our flexible fulfilment operation is able to take orders up to 3pm for dispatch the same day and provide a dedicated customer care service from our in house call centre 7 days a week: 8am-8pm.

Integrated with our 3EX.NET back office software to manage purchasing, stock control and order processing it provides JP 4Mance total visibility and control over all their operations.

On a final note, acknowledging that Exact Abacus are experts in website design and with the eCommerce world ever changing, JP 4Mance understood the importance of a responsive website to cope with the multi-device browsing environment in which website users are surfing the web. That is why they entrusted our specialist eCommerce team to completely redesign their website.
