Established in 2010, Heather Dorigo with a beauty background stemming to 20 years finally decided to start her own business after an unfortunate illness ‘autoimmune’ left Heather with various allergies and susceptibilities when it came to food and skincare.
After unsuccessful attempts to finding a skincare range that was clinic grade, effective yet contained no nasties, suitable for her own medical conditions brought on by the autoimmune illness, Heather finally came across a lab in France called Phasilab. Impressed with the innovative but very effective products, Skin Matrix was born and became the sole UK Distributor for Phasilab ‘instant’ Cosmeceutical skin care range.
With the success of ‘instant’ skin care range and a growing customer base, Skin Matrix have expanded their range with the introduction of high quality, non-invasive anti-ageing skin care brands from France, Australia and the UK that aren’t available on the high street.
Supplying the niche clinic grade products throughout the UK to the Aesthetic and Physiotherapy industry, Heather knew that as a busy mum of 3 children and with the business growing rapidly she would need to seek a 3rd party fulfilment provider and after much searching sought the support from our tailored fulfilment service at Exact Abacus.
Heather can now concentrate on growing the brand, and expanding the product ranges, whilst the dedicated fulfilment warehouse team ensure that all customer order are fulfilled ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
