55% of consumers cannot find basic info such as delivery dates with 42% claiming they would move straight to a competitor.
Important information that online shoppers expect to find include last delivery dates to returns and refund policy in order to give consumers peace of mind when they are purchasing from you.
Consumers take to online shopping for ease and convenience and with no face to face communication, like in a bricks and mortar store, finding relevant key information such as delivery dates is important to any consumer especially around this key retail period.
Speed was also highlighted as a main attribute to an online store either gaining or loosing consumers with;
“39% stating they would spend 5 minutes on a website looking for important information before giving up” – eCommerce week.
For any consumer, being able to find the relevant information is essential if you’re looking to build your online relationships and provide the ultimate online shopping experience to keep those consumers happy so they shop with you and not a competitor.
