Using a shared software platform that is provided as part of the service, you can check on stock availability and create new orders for fulfilment at any time. If you have advanced system requirements such as sales ledger, we can configure the software to control credit on accounts and hold orders pending payment.

In addition, our systems directly integrate with most major eCommerce platforms and marketplaces through a real-time interface known as an 'application programming interface' (‘API’). So if you're selling on Amazon and eBay or through a Magento, Opencart, WooCommerce, Shopify or Prestashop website, orders will seamlessly flow into the system with zero human intervention. In most circumstances, your goods are being will be picked within one hour of the customer placing their order.

Your stock is tightly controlled by our systems, control processes and operations management team. Availability is updated across your connected sales channels through our API and stock is immediately reserved when an order is placed.

This significantly enhances the buying experience, because your customers will always buy with the assurance that their chosen items are available for immediate fulfilment. Our software system rapidly processes orders and presents them for picking. At this stage, the stock is intelligently ‘allocated’ to a bin location in the warehouse, which will direct operatives to start the fulfilment process.

Every item, location and trolley is identifiable by a unique barcode, and we use wireless handheld scanners to manage every fulfilment task, including picking.

Depending on the order size and volume, operatives collect a trolley or tote before being directed to the start location for the picking route. He or she is then asked to scan the bin before confirming the item. If either scan fails, the order can go no further in the process - which assures almost total accuracy. Every pick route ends at the marshalling area, from where orders are then passed to the packing team.

Our packing bays have been designed to optimise efficiency, placing all the IT, handling equipment and packaging consumables within easy reach.

Orders are initially scanned and the operative is then asked to confirm that the products correspond with those on the order. Again, if a scan fails, the order is immediately held, pending a supervisor check. The system then requests confirmation of packaging used (e.g. mailer bags or boxes) and the number of items to be shipped, before intelligently routing each consignment through our lowest-cost carrier service.

We constantly monitor our delivery and network performance to ensure complete peace of mind for customers. With access to untracked, economy, premium, bulk and international options from a range of carriers, we can provide a broad spectrum of service levels at very competitive price points.

Our systems are fully integrated with these carriers, which means that shipping labels and manifests are automatically generated and every order can be tracked to the point of delivery.
