Assets like delicate fabrics, jewellery, luxury goods, cosmetics, and medical instruments demand specialist quality control procedures, trained staff, and clinically-clean storage to ensure the perfect dispatch every time. That’s why we provide an optional ‘white-glove’ fulfilment service, for clients who are selling fragile or high-value items that require extra levels of care.
You have the flexibility to locate all your stock or specific items in our cleanroom, which is isolated from the warehouse. It’s also temperature-controlled, with fully sealed flooring in order to minimise accumulation of particulate matter. Furthermore, it is subject to access controls and high-definition CCTV for security and ultimate peace of mind.
Stock movements, picking, packing, and returns are all subject to our ISO9001:2015 quality management system, which ensures that fulfilment tasks are completed to a consistently high standard, regardless of personnel or time of year. In addition, any specific packing, gift-wrapping, kitting, or labelling requirements are fully documented with adherence to guidelines overseen by our Dispatch Supervisors and our Quality Assurance Manager, in order to ensure these tasks are carried out to a high standard.
Our platform efficiently processes instructions and orders that require customisation or embellishment. Items are picked from shelves using handheld scanners and are placed in barcoded totes before being presented to the packing or work benches. Skilled operators are then issued instructions specific to the transaction, so that they can draw down the correct packaging material from stock-controlled stores. Once the order is packaged or the works instruction is complete, the item is presented for quality assurance checks before being routed for dispatch or put away to a picking location.
As a large-scale purchaser of packaging, we can assist with the sourcing of stock or custom bags and boxes to ensure your goods are presented immaculately when they reach their destinations. For personalisation requirements, we have the capability to operate free-issued apparatus such as engraving or embroidery machines, subject to order volumes.
